If you Join before 21st of the month, you will receive the current month’s box and renewal on the next 1st of the month.

If you join after the 20th of the month, you will be sent the following month’s box, and you will pay your first renewal the following month.

With each box that arrives, you’ll experience the joy of discovering new favourite scents every month.

We’ll use our expert knowledge to select six MiniPots, including three exclusive new fragrances to compliment the time of year, or celebrate a particular theme.

Inside your monthly 6 MiniPot Starter subscription, you’ll receive:

  • Three exclusive to subscriber fragrances before they are launched to non subscribers
  • Three best selling fragrances themed to the time of year
  • Fragrance notes for each MiniPot
  • Free Delivery
  • That’s up to 60 hours of fragrance every month
  • Scents are selected by us each month to compliment the time of year or celebrate a particular theme; we are unable to tailor scents to suit individual preferences
  • No duplicate scents will be sent within a twelve month period – you will receive 72 different scents

*Shipped the first week of every month. Order before the 20th of a month and we will send this months box, and your second box will be sent in the first week of the following month. Billed every 1 month unless paused or cancelled. Extra Discounts and exclusive offers will also be sent periodically with your box.

You can order more than one subscription, you will be charged for that number of subscriptions each month, and they will be sent in one box, and will be the same fragrances in each subscription purchased.

Subscription boxes are not gift boxed, and the postage label will be attached to the box.

Every month we will release 6 new fragrances exclusively for for our MiniPot Subscriptions – if you order the Starter box, you will receive three of these new fragrances, plus 3 best sellers, all curated carefully by us to suit the season or a theme.

If you order the Classic box, you will receive all 6 of our new exclusives for that month, plus six best sellers.

The Mega Box is the same as the Classic box – but you will also receive an additional product or products valued at over £10 – it could be a Midi or Medium Jar, Reed Diffuser, New Exclusive Product or a Limited Edition tumbler. Whatever it is, it will always be worth over £10, will always be a top quality Classic Candle product and we are sure you will love the experience of something special and wonderfully fragrant every month.

Your first subscription will be charged when you place your first order – if you place an order before the 21st of the month, you will receive the current month’s box. You will then be charged on the 1st of the following month and receive your second box.

If you order after the 20th of the month, you will receive the following month’s box in the first few days of the month, and will not be charged again until the following month.

All monthly renewal boxes will be despatched in the first week of the month via Tracked 48hour post.

We will send reminder emails of an impending charge a few days before charging.

You are totally in control of your subscription, just log in to the website, click My Account, and My Subscriptions from there, you can pause, cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription.

Also, if your card has expired, you can manually pay for a month that is outstanding so that you don’t miss a month !
